Returns Policy

We will provide a full refund or exchange in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or should you be dissatisfied with an item subject to the following conditions:

If any item in your order turns out to be faulty, please return it to Luxury at No.39 with a copy of the delivery note. Please indicate to us whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Our promise to replace the item or offer a refund does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. If you change your mind you may return any product to us within 14 days or receipt of your delivery. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods which means the goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. We are unable to rebate any shipping and handling charges once items have been dispatched.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. We are unable to refund any shipping and handling charges once items have been dispatched.

In the event we are unable to delivery your order within 28 days, you are entitled to cancel your order without penalty.
